Jaclyn is one of the most qualified ocean sports instructors in Western Australia. A career in Outdoor Recreation spanning 15 years, Jaclyn has instructed groups on the water in all conditions in many remote and isolated regions in the world.

Jaclyn "Crackers" Nicholl established Cracker Jack Paddle Sports in 2015, here in the Pilbara.
Her knowledge of the ocean environment, managing groups on the water and an attention for safety has gained her an impressive reputation in the outdoor industry and amongst schools and community organisations state-wide.
Some of her previous employers included; the Department of Education, David Wirrpanda Foundation and the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
Experience working in the area, passion and also skill development is what makes Jaclyn a unique instructor. Her ability to read the water and manage the group efficiently will maintain clients level of comfort and then demonstrating the highest level of skill efficiency allows clients to learn in a fun and knowledgeable environment. Passion is key to showing the clients how 'fun and exciting' the programs can be and the enjoyment can be infectious across the group. This means a high success rate with her products. Also the ability to address different ages and groups and read a group and their needs will also ensure clients get what they want out of their session.
